The location was very central, favourable in banff downtown. My room was decent sized and well heated, had smoke detectors for safety measures.

Nicely decorated and perfectly clean place, wonderful view of the mountains. Particularly good central location and expert and extremely patient staff. Besides, easy to get to Banff Avenue.

All in all it was good value, had a good stay during Christmas holidays. The breakfast at the place was free for tapas. The location couldn't be more favourable in the main town centre of Banff. It was also just next door to Close to pub and downtown Banff shops and restaurants and main downtown.

Stayed in this good priced hotel during the weekend. Thoroughly enjoyed a kettle, a heating system, and a little table in the room. The location was very central, very close to the restaurants & shops. Furthermore, to Banff town centre.

The room was well-appointed and pet-friendly and it had shampoo and a soap, that's cool. The breakfast was free for the quality; the location was absolutely perfect! Location: the hotel was so close to the restaurants & shops, shops on main Street, and main centre.

The restaurant was excellent for breakfast, we ordered wonderful dishes. It was in a particularly good and perfect location a short walk to Canadian Ski Museum West.

I really enjoyed the hotel, it was good value, and the staff was very polite. Everything was lovely as expected, even so the bathroom was too small. The location was marvellous and unbeatable - near shops and friendly staff and the restaurant and the Banff avenue. Also, Banff Avenue was easy to reach.
The staff - some of them were not very welcoming.

This hotel was located in a central area close to downtown stores, restaurants, coffee shops and “ IGA ” supermarket, adjoining El Toro restaurant and all downtown amenities. The staff was extremely patient and check in was easy.

The stay on our whole vacation certainly was good value. It was reasonably clean and the staff were extremely patient, beds were comfy. Appreciated the location easy to catch bus to mountains. Found a key gallery, it's a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

Great and incredible location as only 5 minutes to Banff Avenue. Very good staff at check-out. The rooms with a comfy couch and excellent toiletries and a jacuzzi tub.

I was offered a room with particularly nice views of the mountain. The location was favourable and absolutely perfect: a main market and a market were within walking distance.
